The LTC-QoL has been released to many aged care homes and home care providers as well as to researchers and students doing studies in this field. Copyright © is held by the author of the scale to preserve the integrity of the scale and its use.

Permission to use the scale can be requested from this website and once an agreement not to change the structure, data gathering, timing of assessments and analysis protocols has been received, other resources including background research and publications, training materials and benchmarking information.
